.1 Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment (f)Cribs shall be free from all loose articles and objects, including blankets and pillows. This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that toys, blankets, and sleep sacks were present in the cribs.

Infant Care Food Service (j) Bottles, dishes and containers of food brought by the infant's authorized representative shall be labeled with the infant's name and the current date. This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that baby bottles were not labled and dated.

(b) A crib or portable -crib meeting United States Consumer Product Safety Commission safety standards shall be provided for each infant who is unable to climb out of a crib. (1) Mattresses shall be firm and covered with a fitted sheet that is appropriate to the mattress size, fits tightly on the mattress, and overlaps the underside of the mattress so it cannot be dislodged.

(f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 shall be present when children are at the child care center or offsite for center activities.

Infant Care Activities B) No infant shall be forced to sleep, to stay awake or to stay in the designated sleeping area. This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that all 8 infants were put into the sleeping area to sleep when only 3 infants were actually sleeping.

This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on observation & interview, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in tha. A total of 3 walls were removed and a new play structure was installed on the play yard.

.2 Outdoor Activity Space (b) The outdoor activity space shall be situated to: (1) Provide a shaded rest area for the children. This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section sited above in that there is no shade over the infant play yard.
