Per the Helper, the Licensee had been out of the country from 6/23/2025 to 6/30/2025 noon, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: The Licensee would provide a plan how to comply with the requirements of temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day.
