Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as infant was sleeping in playpen with a folded blanket nesxt to their head, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will make sure no items are in playpens while infant is sleeping. LPA discussed the importance of safe sleep regulations. Licensee will review safe sleep regulations and discuss with staff.
