(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. (1) The licensee shall take measures to keep the center free of flies, other insects, and rodents.
Based on LPA's observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in regards to the Mandated Reporter training expired February 2024 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
.3(b)(1) California Lead Action at Child Care Centers (b)Testing results with fractional ppb readings....(1) A result of 5.5ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement was not met as evidence by the Action Level Exceedance results revealed that levels of lead were beyond allowable amount deemed by the State of California, if not corrected this poses a potential Health and Safety or Personal Rights risk to children in care.
