Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in count of 1 person which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. S2 was initially fingerprinted, however the fingerprint clearance shows as "in process". Licensee will have S2 re-fingerprinted.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit a written statement to LPA stating that S2 will not return to the facility until a criminal record clearance is obtained by 5:30 PM on 03/06/2024.
