Licensee stated that she conduct 15 minute sleep checks on infants in care, but have not documented them yet. Licensee was reminded of the importance for documenting all safe sleep checks.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to start a safe sleep for Infant C6 in care as of today, and continue to conduct documentation of all 15 minute safe sleep checks. Licensee agrees to submit proof of safe sleep logs to LPA by 08/13/2025.
