Resolution: The licensee stated another assistant will take over and provide care. The licensee stated she thought the staff member had a fingerprint clearance.
Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the licensee's home needs to be free of clutter and debris on the porch leading into the home needs to be cleaned up, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit proof of corrections to CCLD by 1/26/2024.
