The Facility's operating hours are 7:30am to 5:15pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 3:00pm inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. Facility operates in two preschool rooms, #34 & #36. The facility representative and staff were supervising 15 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with bark and free of hazards. Six children's records were reviewed at 2:35pm. Two staff records were reviewed at 2:51pm. There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.
