Based on [(observation) and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed an infant swaddled with a blanket piece under their head and a mobile attached to the crib which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed swaddle, blanket piece and mobile from crib during this visit.
