Limitations on Capacity (a)A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement was not met, as evidenced by: Director did not comply with the section cited above as interviews, and documentation revealed that there were children still enrolled over the age of 36 months in a Toddler component classroom. The center did not request extension from the department, and did not obtain documentation necessary to extend the period for participation in the toddler component license, which poses a potential Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
