Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ocegueda observed that licensee's carbon monoxide detector was not functioning. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee was reminded of the regulation stated above and stated she would continue to test her alarms regularly. Licensee stated she would obtain a new carbon monoxide detector and send proof to the Department by POC date 12/12/2022.
