Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed a child inside an infant rocking chair ("rock and play" style) and observed a jumper/excersaucer in the living room. LPA also observed a rose bosh that had multiple sharp thorns in the accessible play yard. Licensee confirmed the observations. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Today, licensee moved the rocking chair and the jumper/excersaucer to the off limits garage. Licensee indicated that she would either make the rose bush inacessible or remove it completely. Proof will be submitted to the Department by POC date 4/7/2023.
