Licensee stated that it was the only alarm in the home and confirmed the observation. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she would replace the smoke alarm and stated she would submit proof to the Licensing Department by POC date 5/17/2023.
