Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and had cleaning product under kitchen sink, pizza cutter in kitchen drawer that were accessible and garage door unlocked and no door knob spinner where detergents and floor cleaner were accessible which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA observed licensee immediately place child safety lock on cabinet under kitchen sink, removed pizza cutter and stored it on a higher shelf and placed a door knob spinner on garage door during the inspection making them inaccessible.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and did not have 15-minute sleep log on file for 1 infant which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Claribel Soto provided Licensee with a copy of 15-minute sleep log. Licensee stated she will document every 15-minutes on the sleep log. Licensee will submit proof of 15-minute sleep log by POC due date via text picture.
