Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, fire extinguisher was last serviced 08/02/2022, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee contacted her fire service company during the inspection to get her fire extinguisher serviced. Licensee will take a photo and send to LPA Stephanie Li.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the last distater drill logged was on 10/20/2022 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA's observed a disaster drill log. Last drill logged was 10/20/2022. Licensee stated she will wait till after winter break to conduct her disaster drill so all the children enrolled can participate and practice for safety.
