Resolution: On or before 11/10/2025 Licensee (and staff) will complete the CPR/First Aid Course (ONLINE is NOT ACCEPTED) and provide a copy of completion by the POC date and email a copy to LPA Breaux. LPA Breaux provided the email address to licensee.
