Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in her mandated reporter expired 08/24 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete te mandated reporter training on the mandatedreporter.ca.com website and submit proof to LPA Caro by POC Date 04/16/25.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee's CPR training expired on 07/23 and no other adult in the home had a valid CPR training which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete the CPR/first aid training and submit proof to LPA Caro by POC Date 05/02/25.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in upon entry into the playroom LPAs observed a child sitting in a stroller who'd been in care for two hours already, and a child in a highchair with no food or preperation of food which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee immediately removed both children from the chairs with instruction from the LPAs. POC Cleared by visit.
