Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because licensee has expired CPR certification as of 2/25 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete the pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid course and submit proof to LPA Dana Santiago by POC date 07/09/25.
Based on observation , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because Licensee has a pool cover that can't be walked on and didn't have a pool alarm which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will acquire a pool alarm as a second form of security for the pool by POC date 07/09/25. Licensee will submit photo evidence to LPA Santiago via email at Dana.Santiago@dss.ca.gov.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because her 3A-40-BC fire extinguisher wasn't fully charged which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will purchase a new fire extinguisher or fully charge the one she currently has and submit proof to LPA Dana Santiago via photo/email by POC Date 06/23/25.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because licensee had comet and cleaning chemicals in the cabinet under the sink which wasn't secured with child safe latches or a barricade. Ths posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed the hazardous materials from the cabinet during todays visit. POC cleared by visit.
