Based on [(observation) (interview) (record review)], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Pediatric Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid is expired, Which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA has advised Licensee to Immediately schedule an appointment and advise LPA once received. Licensee will submit proof of scheduled class and also completed CPR certificate via email or text.

Resolution: Licensee has been advised by CPR program they didm't have enough people for a class will contact when class is available awaiting on return call. Licensee stated she will complete CPR class and send via email current certificate.
