Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Mandated Reporter Training had expired 01/12/2021, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will complete the Mandated Reporter Training and send/ email/ text a copy of the certificate to CCL by 02/04/2022. kevin.oconnell@dss.ca.gov
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as both Licensees Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certificates had expired on 1/21/2021 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Both Licensees set up a renewal registration for 2/19/22 with the local Resource & Referral Agency for Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certifications. Licensees will forward copies of the certifications to CCL by 2/21/22. kevin.oconnell@dss.ca.gov
