Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the fire extinguisher in the kitchen read empty on the indicator which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will replace the fire extinguisher with a working full extinguisher.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the Mandated Reporter Training was not completed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will complete the General Training and the part II AB1207 Child Care Provider training of the Mandated Reporter Training by the POC due date. Licensee will send a copy of the completion certificates to CCL.
Based on observation,interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the CPR/1st Aid training had expired which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will enroll into an EMSA certified pediatric CPR/1st Aid course. Upon completion of the training licensee will send a copy of the completion certificate to CCL.
