The Licensee's adult biological son (Maxwell Sisk) has their criminal record clearance (CRC) listed as "in process" and not listed as "cleared".
Resolution: On or before, 1/6/26, the Licensee will have a background check completed for their adult son who lives in the main part of the residence. A copy of the live scan form needs to be sent over via email and a written plan also needs to be submitted detailing how such occurences will be avoided moving forward.
