The purpose of this visit is to review staff files as they are stored at the child development office site. LPA met with Education Coordinator Patricia Guzman, who provided LPA with the staff files who were present during the annual inspection on 11/13/25. All staff have received an active criminal record clearance as a condition of their employment with the Pasadena Unified School District. Staff records were reviewed for completeness. Inspection of required forms were made. LPA logged Review of Staff Records (LIC 859) during this inspection. Staff records are turned into the HR department during on-boarding. HR keeps health screening records for all personnel. All staff have completed EDU mandated reporter training provided by Pasadena Unified School district and meets the AB 1432 for school personnel. Facility operates on Field Elementary school. To improve the quality and value of the new inspection process, a survey will be sent to the email address provided.
