Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Air conditioner unit covered in chicken wire that has sharp edges which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, they will remove the chicken wire and replace with a aircondictioning mesh cover, photos of corrections will be sent to LPA via email by POC due date.
Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the play yard used for infant in care had a extra foam cushion and blankets, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During this inspection, LPA provided Safe sleep guidance to licensee. The licensee removed, the extra cushions were removed and licensee stated they will follow Safe Sleep Regulations, Deficiency corrected during visit.
