Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as 5 of 8 children present during the inspection were infants (0-24 months), which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will contact the parents of one of the infants to notify them the child will not be able to attend the facility until they are two years of age due to the number of infants enrolled and regularly attending the facility. Licensee will send proof of parent notification and written acknowledgement from parent to LPA at jialing.zhu@dss.ca.gov by end of day 01/28/2025.
