Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 employees (Licensee and Staff #1) do not have in-person pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall ensure all staff who provide care and supervision to children alone shall have valid, in-person pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid certification.

Resolution: Licensee shall have adult #1 fingerprinted today, April 26, 2024. Licensee shall ensure adult #1 is fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility.
