Based on [(observation) (interview) (record review)], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Pre licensee, she lost her children paperwork due to the water problem in the kitchen. LPA was able to review 4 (4/10) children files and there are many paperwork are missing, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA will come back to inspect the child's file next week.
Based on [(observation) (interview) (record review)], the licensee and her assistants did not comply with the section cited above. LPA did not observed update CPR and First Aid training ,which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will email her CPR/First Aid certifications or receipts to the LPA by 4/25/2022
