Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In reviewing staff records, staff #3, did not have proof of completion for the required training, on file. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers 101700.3 (b)(1): A result with values of 5.5 ppb or greater shall be deemed an Action Level Exceedance. This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on records review of required lead testing, the facility had lead values of 5.5 or above on water outlets: Outlet B (11 ppb); Outlet C (10 ppb) and Outlet C30 (6.9 ppb). This is a potential health and safety risk to persons in care.
