Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed floating alarm inside the pool but was not able to verify if it was in working condition. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to check and adjust the alarm to assure it is in working condition and submit proof that the alarm is in working condition to the Riverside Child Care Regional Office by 3/14/2025

Resolution: Licensee agrees to purchased an approved life ring and submit proof of purchase to the Riverside Child Care Regional office by 3/14/2025.
