Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will place the motion sensor alarm in the pool and take a video and picture of device and send it to the Palmdale Regional office by email or text by indicated due date.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above a life ring is not on the premises in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will place the life ring with minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches approved by the US Coast Guard by the pool and send a picture of device to the Palmdale Regional office by email or text by indicated due date.
Based on observation, (interview, and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, there is not a fixed pool with hook on the facility in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will place the minimum 12 feet fixed pole with hook by the pool area and a picture of pole and send it to the Palmdale Regional office by email or text by indicated due date.
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above no log of facility checks prior to opening day care was observed in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will begin to record daily prier to opening the day care and document all pool required devices are in place and functioning. Licensee will email a picture or scan log to the Palmdale Regional office by indicated due date.
