Based on LPA observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee did not have a valid receipt or service tag available for the fire extinguisher in the facility which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to purchase or service a regulation fire extinguisher submit proof of purchase or service to CCLD by March 31, 2022.
Based on LPA observation, and licensee interview, licensee did not have Mandated Reporter training certificte available for review during today's inspection. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete the Mandated Reporter Training, and submit verification of completion to CCLD by March 31, 2022.
