Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the over the ground jacuzzi does not have a gate to make it inaccesable to children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will buy need clip locks for the jacuzzi, current one is broken. Licensee will make the current gate more sercure to ensure the jacuzzi is not accesiable to the children. Licensee will send picture of the repairs/ updated gate to the jacuzzi.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in no LIC9227 form was present in the infants child and no 15 minute sleeping check was present which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee has the LIC 9227 and will be giving it to parent to sign today. The licensee also produced a copy of a sleeping 15 minute check and will start utilizing as of today
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, licensee has expired CPR/ First Aid certification which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will schedule CPR/ First Aid training and once it has been completed will send LPA picture of the certicate by the date above via text or email.
