Resolution: LPA reminded licensee that car seats are to be used for transporting children in care only. Licensee reoved the 3 infants from car seats in the presence of LPA. Licensee placed car seats outside.
Based on observation], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 objects which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed kitcehn knives in block storage on kitchen counter.
Resolution: LPA asked liicensee to remove kknives from the reach of children. Licensee moved knives to top cabinet. Licensee stated that she will be placing knives in a drawer with a child proof lock.
