Based on (observation), the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 infant was observed sleeping on the couch and not transitioned onto a playpen which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will begin transitioning the infant over to the playpen once the child has fallen asleep. Licensee stated they would provide LPA with a photo of child sleeping in the playpen to LPAs email Fernando.hernandez@dss.ca.gov
Based on (record review), the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in infants did not have a 15 min sleep log which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During inspection Licensee was advised to begin documenting infants sleep log every 15 mins as soon as an infant falls asleep. Licensee will also provide LPA Hernandez a copy of a sleep log being documented for all infants to LPAs email Fernando.hernandez@dss.ca.gov
