Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above a kitchen knife was left on the kitchen counter which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee was advised that knifes cannot be left in the reach of children and immediately put the knife with the rest of the kitchen knifes in a cabinet high above, out of the reach of children
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee was checking but not documenting fifteen minute check of infants which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit proof od documentation of fifteen minute checks to LPA Rios by 11/10/2022 by phone at 805 635 4725 or by email austin.rios@dss.ca.gov
