Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two infants were observed sleeping in detached ADU while Licensee was in main home which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to review safe sleep regulations (https://www.cdss.ca.gov>safe-sleep) and write a statement with the plan to correct the safe sleep deficiency. Licensee will submit plan to LPA by 10/22/24 . Licensee will get all parents to sign the LIC 9224 and submit a copy of document to LPA by the next time they have a child in care. Submit documents to LPA at tammy.dutra@dss.ca.gov.
