Based on observation, LPA observed bathroom and backyard items identified as "Keep out of reach of children" accessible to children, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee moved items immediately to inaccesible locations. Licensee will keep bathroom cabinet locked and shampoos on top shelf in shower. Licensee will have a storage area outside that is inaccesible to children and provide photographic evidence to LPA via email by 11/8/24.
Based on observaton, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as there were accessible items labeled "Keep out of Reach of Children" which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee immediatley removed the knives and some toiletries. Licensee stated she will make the items in the medicine cabinet inaccessible and send proof to LPA.
