Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in handgun was inside end table of master bedroom unlocked which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA observed Licensee to move gun back into safe of master bedroom closet and stated they will ensure the gun remains in safe.
Based on observation and iinterview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in handgun was inside end table with ammunition inside located in of master bedroom unlocked which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA observed Licensee to remove ammunition from gun and place in safe in garage and stated they will ensure the ammunition remains in safe seperate from gun.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in disaster drill has not been completed since licensed which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will complete a disaster drill and send proof of completion via email to LPA.
