Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that licensee's CPR/First Aid training is currently expired, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit proof of current CPR/FIrst Aid training by 4/28/25 to CCLD (shane.loftus@dss.ca.gov)
Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that adult child that lives in the home has not been granted fingerprint exemption and currently lives in the home which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will ensure unclear individual is removed from home and not present during daycare hours. Licensee agrees to provide the department with a summary explaining how she will ensure individual is not in the home and will submit proof to show individual is not in the home during the operation of the daycare via email to Francisca.Velazquez@dss.ca.gov by 9/22/2022.
