This requirement is not met as evidence by: LPA has observed that the facility is operating in classroom 5 which is not part of the school age program rooms. Room 5 is currently under the the preschool license number 213001939. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

A child was left sleeping and unattended in the classroom while the teachers and other children were outside which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
Based on results received from the certified water samplers, the facility exceeded 5.5 ppb of lead in a water fixture. This posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children.
