Resolution: Licensee and assistant will complete Mandated Reporter training and submit certificates as proof of completion to LPA via email on agreed upon due date of 12/20/24.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 of 2 staff does not have approved Pediatric First aid / CPR certificates which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and assistant will complete ab approved Pediatric first aid / CPR training and submit certificates as proof of completion to LPA via email on agreed upon due date of 12/20/24.

Resolution: Licensee and Spouse/Assistant will complete Mandated Reporter training-general course and child care provider course and will submit proof of certificates to LPA via picture. LPA advised Licensee training can be accessed in Spanish on www.MandatedReporterCA.com
