Resolution: Per Licensees, they will conduct a disaster drill and submit log to LPA via email as proof of correction by agreed upon date

Resolution: Licensees' will complete the required Mandated Reporter training and submit certificate of completion to LPA via email as proof of corretion by agreed upon date.

Resolution: Per Licensees, they will both complete the Mandated Reporter for child care providers training and submit copy of certificates to LPA via picture. LPA advised that training is available in Spanish.
