Resolution: Licensee will purchase and install ASTM approved F2208 and send proof to LPA Cha by 11/14/2025.

Resolution: Licensee had placed her outdoors off limits and add alarms on the two exsits leading to the back yard. Declaration is on file Licensee will submit a picture to the Palmdale RO by email or text by 10/14/22 and LPA will return for an in person POC.
