Resolution: Assistant will complete Mandated Reporter training and Licensee will email the verification certificate of completion on or before the end of business day on 7/31/2024. LPA provided the trainining website address. www.mandatedreportercom.ca
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There was no documentation or log available by the Licensee for the time of each 15 minute check for the infants, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will generate a log for the infants enrolled and document the time of each 15 minute check and provide a copy of the log to CCL by the POC due date.
