Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above with staff having expire CPR First Aid certification which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: As a plan of correction, staff assistant's plan to renew their CPR First Aid Training Certifiation and provide proof to LPA.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA did not observe a carbon monoxide detector in the home during the inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, a picture of the installed correction and proof of purchase will be emailed to LPA and will be submitted by POC due date.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 of 2 employees did not have immunization records on file for influenza, pertussis and measles which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, a copy of the immunization records for Staff #2 will be emailed to LPA and will be submitted by POC due date.
