Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee disclosed that no second safety feature for pool is in place which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per Licensee, a second safety feature will be installed in the in ground swimming pool and will be installed by the POC due date and notified LPA via email of corrections completed.

Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee disclosed that there is no life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches and labeled as approved by the United States Coast Guard and no rescue pole with a body hook and a minimum fixed length of 12 feet which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per Licensee, safety equipment will be purchased and LPA will be notified via email of corrections completed.

Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee disclosed that no daily inspection log was available for review which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee shall perform a daily inspection of the drowning prevention safety features and safety equipment before opening the facility and maintain a log of the inspections to be provided to the department upon request. Licensee will submit log for the following dates 07/17/2025 through 07/31/2025 via email to LPA by POC due date.
