Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee did not ensure to have a current EMSA pediatric CPR/First Aid training certificate.
Resolution: Licensee will provide LPA with proof of a completed EMSA pediatric CPR/First Aid training for licensee by POC due date. Licensee stated that she did not renew her training due to the pandemic.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee did not ensure to have complete children's files for the two day care children present today.
Resolution: Licensee will provide a complete child's file to LPA by POC due date. The file shall be from a child present today.
