Child 1 managed to cross over the fenced playyard and walked/ran 97 feet away from the fence ( by rolling two tires near the fence and stacking them together) unnoticed by the staff. This poses an immediate risk to health and safety of children in care.
LPA observed and measured the fence. confirming that it stood 3.5 feet in height which is below the regulatory requirement of four (4) feet contributing to C1's ability to climb the fence. This poses a potential risk to health and safety code of children in care.
