Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which two out of three staff did not have current Mandated Reporter Training Certificates which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that both staff members will take the Mandated Reporter training immediately and will email the certificates to LPA Mohr: melinda.mohr@dss.ca.gov
Based on observation there were 14 children in care. Record review confirmed the 14 children in care are all under the age of 5, in which there was not a child enrolled in Kindergarted or at least age 6 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will talk with one familiy with two siblings to see if they can arrive later in the day after two other children leave for the day. Licensee with email a schedule to show when children will be in care: This will be sent to melinda.mohr@dss.ca.gov
