Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which upon LPA's arrival there were 11 children in care without an assistant for 30 minutes which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that her assistant had left to go and get food. Licensee stated she will not have her assistant leave if she has over six children in care. Licensee stated she does have another assistant who is out sick this week. Licensee understands the regulation and will stay in compliance at all times.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the Licensee did not posses a current Mandated Reported certificate and admitted that it had not been updated which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she will complete the AB1207 Childcare Mandated Reporter Training and send a copy of the certificate to CCL by 9/5/22. kevin.oconnel@dss.ca.gov
